Based in Columbus, Ohio, Christian Fuellgraf is a Managing Partner in the Gartner Consulting State & Local Government practice. Mr. Fuellgraf has more than 18 years of experience providing business development, organizational, financial management, technology and business project oversight and budgeting expertise to clients at all levels.   Prior to joining Gartner Mr. Fuellgraf worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, later to become IBM Global Business Consulting Services. He then started and was the Director of the State, Local and Education consulting practice for Grant Thornton LLP, the 5th largest of the global accounting firms. Prior to joining Gartner, he had a global role with SAP, AG, where he was one of 35 standard product owners. Mr. Fuellgraf worked with government technology, finance and administrative leaders around the world on transformational business and technology programs.
