Mandy is the Manager of Operations and Customer Success and is responsible for managing daily operations and user support. Mandy joined the NextChapter team after working 7 years in the bankruptcy and foreclosure fields.
After numerous internships and graduating with a degree in Public Relations, Mandy started as a paralegal at the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office where she discovered her love of working in law. She graduated at the top of her class in the Paralegal Program at Capital Law University and is passionate about adoption law.
In her spare time, when she doesn’t have her nose buried in a book (To Kill a Mocking Bird, Lean In, and The Handmaid’s Tale being some of her favorites), you can find her practicing yoga or exploring new restaurants with her husband.
